Duties & Responsibilities:
Capture beautiful newborn photographs, creating lifelong memories for families.Deliver a welcoming and positive experience for customers.Achieve and exceed photography sales targets.Provide professional, patient, and warm interactions with all clients.Lead and support a team of photographers, ensuring they reach their potential.Maintain strong relationships with hospital partners and ensure smooth operations.Train, mentor, and develop new photographers on your team.Ensure all activities adhere to safety standards, especially when handling newborns.Experience & Requirements:
Basic to intermediate photography skills and basic computer knowledge.Preferred experience in sales and customer service, with strong communication skills.Proven leadership and management abilities to motivate and guide a team.Capability to work independently in a hospital setting, perform moderate physical activity, and lift up to 50 pounds.Reliable transportation, with availability to work weekends and holidays.Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.Ability to pass background checks and health screenings, including up-to-date vaccinations (including COVID-19).Benefits & Perks:
