The introduction of Photon Counting CT (PCCT) ushers in a new era of CT and provides healthcare providers access to clinical information previously unobtainable. However, this technology also introduces new scan modes, new image resolution, and new image types that need to be carefully implemented into clinical routine to achieve the greatest impact on patient care. 

The Photon Counting CT (PCCT) Clinical Success Manager will partner with the US installed base of PCCT customers to drive adoption and continued optimization of the new clinical results that PCCT provides. In addition to technologists and CT departmental management, the position will work very closely with physicians (radiologists & cardiologists) to determine how best to incorporate the new clinical results and do so in a way that maintains the departmental workflow.

The ideal candidate has deep CT clinical experience and has previously been involved with the introduction of new CT technologies, such as dual source CT or dual energy CT. The candidate must have experience working directly with physicians and have strong communication and influencing skills. 

As the Photon Counting CT Clinical Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

Partnering with the US installed base of PCCT customers to drive adoption and continued optimization of the new clinical results that PCCT provides.

In addition to technologists and CT departmental management, the position will work very closely with physicians (radiologists & cardiologists) to determine how best to incorporate the new clinical results and do so in a way that maintains the departmental workflow.

Serve as main point of contact for PCCT customers post applications training for clinical questions and optimization of PCCT data and image reconstructions.

Consolidate feedback from the customers on protocols and utilization to develop best practice / consensus documents that can be shared with future installations.

Carry out clinical marketing studies with PCCT customers to further develop, strengthen and deliver proof points of the unique value proposition of PCCT.

Generate clinical marketing content such as case studies.

Partner with applications and global HQ to continually optimize the implementation strategy and customer education plans for PCCT.

Required skills to have for the success of this role

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum of 8-10 years CT Technology experience; including experience in a Medical Technology industryRT CT certification a bonusWilling to travel up to 50%

The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
