While based in San Jose (CA), the intern will work with our RD teams in Scotland and Austin to help advanced the state of layout automation for photonic. The focus will be on capturing use case around optical interconnect ( waveguide) assisted and automated creation for integrated photonic ICs. A good understanding of waveguides and some rigueur of method are definitively an asset for this job. At the end of the internship - it is expected that a collection of automated use cases be captured. The annual salary range for California is $28.60 to $53.12 an hour. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
