Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physiatrist to the Rehab Medicine at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem. Harlem Hospital is a designated Level 1 Trauma Center and is recognized for providing centers of excellence in the areas of Bariatric Surgery, Breast Imaging and Sexual Assault Forensics. Our teams provide services for nearly 213,000 outpatient visits, more than 83,000 emergency room visits and over 13,000 inpatient admissions annually.

We are looking for a full time Physiatrist to join our team. The candidate will need to efficiently collaborate with the other three physiatrists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists , clerical staff and nursing staff in order to provide best patient care in both ambulatory care and consultation services.

The candidate should be able to provide appropriate evaluation and prescription of a rehabilitation program for both ambulatory care patients and hospital consultations. In order to optimize patient care, the candidate should be able to lead a team of medical professionals including physical therapists, speech therapists and occupational therapists. There are no weekday evenings or weekend calls needed.
