Physical Distribution Intern
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Support the Physical Distribution Specialist / Manager for the Personal Health business area in the Mexico market with analytical and operational insights regarding the logistics process of the customer orders between Philips and its 3PL along with specific delivery requirements for each of Philips’ customers.
Key responsibilities
Manage Order Tracking Report for the organization (Supply Chain + Commercial + Finance) to know the status of each and every order between Philips its customers fulfilled.
Manage customer requirements for delivery such as delivery reports, delivery letters for customers, invoicing monitoring in SAP
Ensure logistics (supply chain) reports are updated daily within Philips organization
Work with Physical Distribution team in order to ensure a timely input of negotiated delivery dates in SAP to avoid fill rate impacts in system
Requirements:
Enrolled student: Supply Chain, Logistic, related course.
Graduation date must be 2026
Availability for 12 months internship
Advance Excel knowledge

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
