This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionResponsible for comprehensive tracking and management of warehousing and movement process for all materials.Handle and coordinate with all parties for material flow-related shop floor operations.Monitor all process flow in material movement during project implementation.Initiate or support projects to improve and maintain systems and forecast to meet productivity KPIs.Analyze & troubleshoot inventory and warehouse issues for continuous improvement.Report productivity to management regularly.Track complaints from production with alerts and solve abnormal occurrences.Dispose and process excess, end-of-life, and scrap inventory.Train and enforce new BOSCH system usage in shop floor and LSP.Other assignments from supervisors.

Qualifications

⁠Educational Background: 

Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Qualifications:

Good command of English.SAP and Material flow knowledge.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and project management.SAP POE knowledge.Corrective action for future performance improvement.Negotiation and coordination skills.Self-leadership for task completion.Job function ownership.Decision-making within tasks.Problem-solving skills.Understanding of KANBAN concept.People management.Time management (prioritization and punctuality).
