Montefiore Einstein Orthopedics is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician with fellowship training in interventional pain management.
The candidate should be proficient at interventional spine procedures, to include:
epidural steroid injections radiofrequency ablation spinal cord stimulationExperience in additional procedures including:
Tennex Ultrasound guided peripheral nerve and joint injections basivertebral nerve ablation is welcomed
The candidate should also be well-versed in non-interventional management of spine and musculoskeletal disorders; and should be self-motivated and work well in collaboration with peers and middle-level providers. There is an opportunity available for academic appointment at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Department of Rehabilitation Medicine.

Our brand-new flagship site in West Nyack, NY is a 60,000 square foot, state-of-the-art center for orthopedic and spine care. It includes a 4 OR ASC with 3 additional procedure rooms, full-service physical therapy, diagnostic radiology including MRI, as well as advanced technology in our patient evaluation center.
Montefiore Einstein Orthopedics, Hudson Valley Division is unique in providing cutting-edge care in a community-based setting, while providing access to one of the top tertiary care centers in the country. The pain management faculty includes two interventional physiatrists, a non-interventional physiatrist, and a certified pain management nurse practitioner. The team at Montefiore Orthopedics Hudson Valley Division is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to our patients.
