Kforce is looking for a Physical Security Analyst for a 100% onsite opportunity with an organization in Lenexa, KS. A Security Analyst is responsible for monitoring, assessing, and responding to cyber threats and incidents that affect the organization's network and systems. They also design and implement security solutions and policies to enhance the security posture and resilience of the organization. Day to Day Responsibilities: * Physical Security Analyst will assist in the development and implementation of physical security policies and procedures * Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend improvements * Monitor and analyze security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems * Collaborate with the Security Manager to investigate security incidents and breaches, documenting findings and providing recommendations * Participate in the design and execution of physical security training programs for staff * As a Physical Security Analyst, you will maintain accurate records of security incidents, access logs, and equipment maintenance * Support emergency response planning and conduct drills to ensure readiness * Assist in vendor management, including coordinating with external security service providers * Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging security technologies
