Description
Robert Half is currently in search of a dynamic and proficient Physical Security & Facilities Administrator to be part of our client's team within the financial services sector, located in New York. This role entrusts the individual with the distinctive responsibility of supervising administrative processes, managing physical facilities, and maintaining security measures. Liaising effectively with board members and contractors is also an integral part of this role.
Key Responsibilities include:
• Directing administrative workflow to ensure efficient operations.
• Assisting in setting up new locations, alongside managing the upgrades and renovations of existing facilities.
• Coordinating and maintaining productive relationships with contractors and vendors for all repair and maintenance tasks.
• Managing leases effectively and overseeing ATM repairs to ensure smooth functionalities.
• Being on-call 24/7 to address any pressing issues related to facility needs and security setups.
• Applying skills in Facilities and Administrative Management to ensure top-notch operations.
• Act as a trusted aide to the Director, assisting in various tasks and projects as required.
• Managing workflow processes to ensure efficiency and productivity in all operations.
• Supervising all aspects of physical security in the facility, including implementing and managing necessary security protocols.
• Assisting with any other tasks and projects as assigned by the Director.

Requirements
Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within Facilities and Physical Security management.
Industry recognized certifications, (I.e.- CFE, CPP, PSP, APP are a plus but not required)
Flexible hours as required.
The ability to maintain confidential information.
Proven initiative to be a self-starter and proactive approach.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Must be able to demonstrate a One Team mentality
