Physical Security Systems Coordinator Business Unit United Wholesale Mortgage Location US-MI-Pontiac  

The Physical Security Systems Coordinator is a critical position within the Security Team, managing key software sets, physical security systems and physical security projects that are critical to maintaining site security.  This position has a large focus on maintaining and upgrading site security solutions, as well as interfacing with our preferred vendors and other UWM Teams.

The Physical Security Service Coordinator will report directly to the AVP of Security Operations who has the overall responsibility of ensuring all security team members are able to use the tools needed to ensure the safety and security of all team members.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Monitoring application health for critical site security systems, including but not limited to:Visitor management systemsAccess control systemsCCTV systemsSecurity network applicationsAlarm systemsInstall, maintain and ensure day to day operation of all security hardware and systemsAssist with design, implementation and monitoring of our physical security systems.Audit our systems to meet requirements set by compliance teamCreate and maintain processes, procedures and documentation of our physical security systems.All other duties as assigned WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have Qualifications:

Computer-related degree or equivalentExcellent written communication skills, along with outstanding analytic, problem solving and decision-making skillsProven project management and organizational skills, including managing multiple concurrent projectsMinimum 2 years’ experience as a system installer/administrator or project lead focusing on physical security systems including but not limited to:Visitor management systemsAccess control systemsCCTV systemsSecurity networks applicationsAlarm systemsMinimum 1 years’ experience with a ticketing systemClient Service ExperienceExecution of Non-Disclosure AgreementAbility to pass a comprehensive background investigationAbility to communicate with Security and IT professionals

Nice to Have Qualifications:

Experience with ProWatch Badge system or similar equivalentExperience with Avigilon Camera system or equivalentExtensive background in the installation and repair of CCTV and access control systems THE PLACE & THE PERKS
