We are looking for a dedicated Physical Security Threat Analyst like you to be a part of our team. **Job Summary and Qualifications** **Job Summary:** The Physical Security Threat Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Executive Protection and Event Protection Program by identifying, assessing, investigating, and mitigating physical security threats to our executives and corporate assets. This position requires expertise in intelligence gathering, risk assessment, and strategic threat analysis to ensure the safety of HCA’s executive leadership and the continuity of HCA’s operations. **Major Responsibilities:** Threat Identification and Analysis: + Monitor open-source intelligence, social media, and specialized security databases for potential threats to executives, events, and corporate operations. + Assess the credibility, severity, and likelihood of identified threats. + Provide timely analysis and recommendations based on threat assessments. Support Executive Protection Operations: + Collaborate with executive protection teams to develop threat mitigation strategies. + Conduct advanced route and site analysis for executive movements. + Provide real-time intelligence support during executive travel and events. + Assist in developing security policies and protection procedures. Risk Assessment and Reporting: + Conduct/assist in security threat investigations by conducting open-source and social media research and making recommendations. + Prepare detailed threat and risk assessment reports, including actionable recommendations. + Develop and maintain a risk matrix to prioritize and address identified threats. + Develop and maintain Operational Plans for Executive Protection and Event Protection events. Collaboration and Liaison: + Act as a liaison with law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and private security organizations to stay informed on emerging threats and trends. + Work closely with internal teams, including the IPS Cyber Defense Center, to ensure holistic threat coverage. + Training and Awareness: + Assist in developing training programs for executive protection agents and corporate staff. + Conduct briefings on situational awareness and threat trends for executives and relevant personnel. **Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors:** + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Proficiency in intelligence tools, databases, and monitoring platforms. + Excellent communication and reporting skills. + Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments. + Familiarity with travel risk management and global security concerns. + Knowledge of physical security principles, methods, and practices. + Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and standards. **Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Political Sciences, Intelligence Studies, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered. + 5+ years of experience in threat analysis, intelligence, or a related security role, preferably supporting executive protection and event protection or should have equivalent law enforcement experience and/or military experience with a specialty in threat analysis. + Proven experience with physical security risk assessments and threat mitigation strategies. **Nice to Have:** + Experience in law enforcement, military intelligence, or corporate security.
