Provides physical therapy services to patients ranging in age to prevent, alleviate or correct physical disability, bodily dysfunction, or pain. Responsible for treating inpatients. Responsible for evaluating patient needs, establishing treatment plans and providing treatments/services accordingly. May work with patients on an individual and/or group basis using current technology, treatment techniques and modalities consistent with department and hospital policies and procedures. Supports and implements patient safety and other safety practices as appropriate. Supports and demonstrates Family Centered Care principles when interacting with patients and their families and with co-workers.

Full-time | Flexibility in hours available, to include option of 80, 72, or 64 hours every two weeks | Onsite Monday- Friday | Every 4th weekend and rotating holidays | 8am-4:30pmPay and Benefits:

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy. Basic Life Support (BLS) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card. Physical Therapist (PT) Licensed by the MN Board of Physical Therapy as a physical therapist or current temporary permit required. License required within 90 days from date of exam. Prior clinical or field work experience must provide clear evidence of clinical skills consistent with basic entry level positions. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Previous acute care experience preferred but not required.To be eligible for the hiring bonus you must be an external candidate who is hired into an eligible full-time or part-time benefited position. Previous CentraCare employees qualify if they have not worked for CentraCare for at least 9 months at the date of hire.
