Join Pro Rehab, an established Therapy company with over 34 years of successful business. We are looking for a Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our staff at both Elim Wellspring in Princeton, MN & Milaca Elim Meadows in Milaca, MN. Both are senior care campuses. We offer a competitive wage and benefits as well as a $5,000 bonus paid out over 1 year or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply! 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday! You will split time overseeing care between these 2 senior care campuses that are only 14 miles apart (We pay for Mileage!). Pay Range: $45 - $50 / hour depending on experience Physical Therapist Responsibilities: + Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans. + Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve the functional deficits of the patient. + Provide Hands-on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and use modalities such as but not limited to ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed. + Educate & Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, staff education as deemed clinically necessary such as but not limited to: pain management techniques and fall risk safety. Teach patients and families about exercises, injury prevention, and pain management techniques. + Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed. + Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
