\nThe Physical Therapist is a key member of the IDT, focusing on care planning and the coordination and delivery of restorative and rehabilitative physical therapy services to participants, working to maximize independence and safety.

\n\nConduct Physical Therapy assessments in our facility and occasionally in the home to define participant care needs, preferences, and goals\nActively participate in IDT meetings to develop participant care plans\nDeliver and document interventions as agreed upon in participant care plans\nProvide active and passive exercise, muscle re-education, gait, functional training of ADLs, and treatments including massage, heat, sound, water, light, or electricity\nSupervise Therapy Assistants, providing training, instruction, and guidance needed to implement Functional Maintenance Programs (FMP)\nProvide training and instruction to staff, participants, and caregivers/families on the use and care of therapeutic equipment\n\nJob requirements include:
\n\nBachelor’s degree in physical therapy; master’s or doctoral degree preferred\nTwo (2) years in clinical setting with frail or elderly population preferred\nValid California Physical Therapy License, or proof of license eligibility\nCurrent CPR certification preferred\n\nWe are seeking Physical Therapists that ideally have outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience. Salary/Wage base range for this role is $99,309 - $131,088 / year + Bonus + Equity. WelbeHealth offers competitive total rewards package that includes, 401k match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other qualifications.
