Physical Therapist - Home Health at Providence St. Mary Medical Center in Walla, Walla, Washington
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with weekend rotation to work a Saturday every 4-6 weeks.
Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License Within 30 days of hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position.
