Responsibilities Evaluate and treat clients' physical therapy needs; collaborate with physicians on care plansDocument changes in conditions; update care plans as neededEnsure quality, follow safety protocols, and meet attendance standards Qualifications NJ Physical Therapy License2-3 years of clinical/community experience preferredStrong computer, communication, and interpersonal skillsValid NJ driver’s license
Working Conditions/Physical Demand: Working indoors/outdoors, driving, lifting, sitting, standing, walking, fine motor hand movement, use of phone and tablet for documentation
