We are offering a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment). The Physical Therapist provides quality Physical Therapy services including resident/patient/client assessment, evaluation, care planning, treatment and consultation in an interdisciplinary environment at Lutheran SeniorLife facilities/agencies including, as assigned, skilled nursing facilities, LIFE programs, home health and/or outpatient clinics. Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited four]year college or university with a degree in Physical Therapy; masters or doctoral preferred. One (1) to two (2) years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with senior population. Working knowledge of computer software required for documentation and communication. Maintains current PA license as Physical Therapist including meeting continuing education requirements.
