We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team in a PRN (As Needed) capacity. This exciting role offers the opportunity to provide physical therapy services across multiple care settings including Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, and Independent Living (Outpatient) neighborhoods. As a key member of our interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will evaluate residents' conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and administer therapeutic interventions aimed at improving physical function, mobility, and overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care, bringing expertise, empathy, and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of our residents.
