As an employee of Walnut Ridge, you can take advantage of a variety of amenities such as: * Comprehensive and competitive benefit package * Free Wellness Center access (family members welcome) * Warm water swimming pool * Free employee meals Address: 1703 Campus Drive Clive, IA 50325 Responsibilities As a Physical Therapist you will be responsible to: + Conduct a comprehensive assessment & evaluation using subjective and objective measures. + Develop treatment plans and programs in accordance with physician orders. + Provide quality treatments, actively progressing goals to achieve highest quality of life. + Conduct screens and provide education to residents/clients, families, caregivers, and staff. + Coordinate seamless discharges utilizing the full continuum of therapy and fitness services. + Provide accurate and timely documentation & billing in electronic medical record. + Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of payer sources and regulatory requirements. + Complete and document supervisory visits per regulations. + Communicate effectively with residents/clients, families, caregivers, physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team. Qualifications + Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program. + Current licensure in the state(s) of practice as required. + Demonstrated compatibility with PHS's mission and operating philosophies. + Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.
