Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 4344 W. Bell Road, Glendale, AZ 85308

Incentives: Up to $10,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit

Schedule: Full-Time Monday - Friday, including 3 days until 6 PM

Compensation: Salaried, starting at $74,000 and up, commensurate with experience, PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program
