Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 405 Racetrack Road, Fort Walton Beach, Florida 32547

Schedule: As Needed/PRN Mon - Fri

Compensation: $50/hr

 

Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center in Fort Walton Beach, FL has an immediate opening for a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT)! Though we are unable to consider new grads, Physical Therapists with a minimum of 1 yr outpatient orthopedic experience, APPLY! Ideal candidate will be able to travel other East FL Panhandle clinics for coverage. Treatment population includes post-surgical, general orthopedic, vestibular, concussion, neuro, pelvic health, ACL program, hand therapy, FCEs, POETs, fall prevention and dry needling. PPD 8 - 10. Responsibilities Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulationsEvaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patientsMaintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payorsAttend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager Qualifications Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT schoolValid State Physical Therapist LicensePhysical Therapist with minimum 1+ yr experienceCPR certification Additional Data
