Physical Therapist
Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Physical Therapist for their Salida, CO location. Responsibilities: + Be a part of our Patient Care Team working in a Rural Healthcare Clinic. + Performing Duties within the Physical Therapist’s Scope of Practice + Conduct thorough assessments of patients to understand their impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities. + Based on the results, determine the diagnosis, prognosis, and necessary intervention strategies. + Designing Therapeutic Interventions: Create and modify therapeutic plans to alleviate impairments and functional limitations, helping patients regain their ability to perform daily activities. + Preventing Health Issues: Focus on preventing injuries and disabilities by promoting overall health, fitness, and wellness across all age groups. + Consultation, Education, and Research: Engage in sharing knowledge with colleagues and the community, as well as contributing to the latest research in physical therapy practices. + Maintaining Patient Records: Keep accurate and up-to-date patient records, including physician orders, diagnosis, treatment plans, progress reports, attendance, and discharge summaries. Ensure timely submission of charges for services rendered.
