Your Role:

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will:

Provide physical therapy treatments according to the plan of care established by the physical therapist. Recommend changes in treatment plans based on patient progress and response. Maintain a neat and orderly work area. Direct and supervise therapy volunteers. Perform clerical tasks as needed. Safely transport patients in a courteous and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise clinical support staff in accordance with the Physical Therapy Practice Act. Accurately document and reflect services provided to patients. Deliver comprehensive and skillful therapeutic interventions for patients of all ages. Assist physical therapists in patient assessments. Maintain detailed written and electronic documentation of all clinical services. Rotate through different treatment areas and facilities as needed. Provide feedback to supervisors on department performance and emergency situations. Achieve and maintain productivity standards set by the organization. Implement treatment programs effectively to achieve established outcomes and goals.
