We’re seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to implement therapy programs and assist in evaluations under the direction of a supervising physical therapist. You will play a vital role in providing therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and support to students, while contributing to a safe, organized, and professional clinic environment.

Responsibilities Implement physical therapy procedures, including exercises, gait training, and mobility programs.Assist in evaluating student progress and report changes in status.Maintain equipment, perform routine repairs, and manage department inventory.Participate in educational and quality improvement programs.Provide staff training on mobility, lifting, and patient care techniques. Qualifications Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts.Associate Degree in Science from an accredited program with 3-6 months of clinical experience.Ability to build rapport with students, families, and staff, while motivating adherence to treatment programs.Strong communication, clinical skills, and ability to manage physical demands of the role.
