Setting: Outpatient orthopedics, sports, neuro, and vestibular
Location: 7 Centers in and around Plant City.
Schedule: Full time 40 hours with 2-3 nights treating until 7P
Compensation: starting at $25/hr. Starting salary calculated by experience.
Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center is now hiring a Full Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) floater. Physical Therapist Assistant will cover 7 centers in Plant City, Lakeland, Winter Haven and Lake Wales. Join our clinical team treating a general ortho caseload which includes neuro, vestibular, concussion, Center of Excellence and ACL. Responsibilities Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and proceduresMaintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff. Qualifications College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant programPassed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTEValid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)CPR certification Additional DataWhy Join Us:
