Job Description:

A skilled technical worker who performs physical therapy treatments and related duties as assigned by the physical therapist.

Requirements:

Valid Kentucky license as a physical therapist’s assistant required.

Requires an Associate degree from a physical therapist assistant program accredited by CAPTE, or higher. 

BLS preferred at hire, required within 90 days after hire.
