MUST HAVE THE 2 YEAR ASSOCIATES DEGREE AS A PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT PTA AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE IN YOUR STATE OR ELIGIBLE FOR LICENSURE.

Valley Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is looking to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide rehabilitation services to our patients. The Physical Therapist Assistant is responsible for assisting in organizing and conducting occupational therapy programs to facilitate rehabilitation.

 

Responsibilities:

Work alongside the Physical Therapists to develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery Assist in evaluating effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress Record and document patient care services Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care

 

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program. Current VA State PTA License. Experience in Assisted Living settings preferred. Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
