Full Time PT Out Patient

Full Time Outpatient clinic at the beautiful Milestone Health and Wellness Center in St. Matthews. This is an ideal location close to interstates, shopping, dining, and located near 2 beautiful parks to get out and enjoy the day. Job Summary:

This PT role is a combination of land and aquatic physical therapy, and the clinic is located within a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness center in the heart of St. Matthews. Desired location, nestled between two beautiful walking parks, shopping and dining. The PT evaluates the patient's comprehensive health care needs in the outpatient clinic and implements an appropriate plan. Provides skilled physical therapy procedures/assessments and instructs patients and their families in the plan of care. 

Requirements:

Current active or current temporary Kentucky Physical Therapy LicenseBLS certification within 90 days of hireAbility to work 40 hours per week with occasional late or early shifts to accommodate patients
