LOCATION OF POSITION: Monroe One BOCES - 41 O’Connor Road, Fairport NY 14450; Various Locations TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: July 10, 2025 – August 20, 2025; Dates TBD by location. Pre and post summer trainings TBD. Mandatory Summer Set-Up Meetings: June 4th = O’Connor Academy, eStart, Transition/Employment, Creekside (BPA Unit + TES Staff) June 11th = Creekside (BUP Unit) June 12th = Bird/Morgan SALARY RANGE:$32.33 - $52.43 per hour or your 2025-26 rate in this title for current Monroe One Boces staff *Actual Salary Is Dependent Upon Education, Experience and Contract. DUTIES: 1. Implement services to meet goals/objectives of students’ IEPs. 2. Participate in staffing meetings and classroom related activities of the summer program. 3. Supervise Physical Therapist Assistant(s) 4. Generate summary reports, or other required paperwork within the scope of the summer program as requested by BOCES Program Principals and/or Occupational/Physical Therapy Program Coordinator. 5. Work collaboratively with Teacher/Educational Team/Program Administrators. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Civil Service eligibility as Physical Therapist: Licensed and currently registered by the NYS Education Department as a Physical Therapist. 2. Must be available for all 30 days of the summer program. 3. Must have Medicaid Relevant training and NPI number. 4. Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation). Employment is contingent upon student enrollment and availability of programs.
