What You’ll Do as a Physical Therapist:

Provide skilled evaluations and develop effective treatment plans for patients facing mobility, strength, or functional challenges.Deliver exceptional care that aligns with physician orders and patient needs.Supervise and mentor Physical Therapy Assistants in clinical services.Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.Document services meticulously, ensuring compliance and clarity in medical records.Conduct training for facility staff on restorative programs and functional maintenance.Participate in discharge planning and recommend equipment to enhance patient care.Act as a clinical supervisor for Physical Therapy and PTA programs in partnership with area universities.

What You Bring:

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical TherapyActive Physical Therapist license in WisconsinStrong interpersonal and communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and a commitment to ethical practice
