PHYSICAL THERAPIST – HOME HEALTH

Schedule: Per Diem Day Shift
Possible Service Locations: Pierce County and Thurston County

Job Description:
Physical Therapists develop, coordinate and maintain therapeutic services and activities alongside an interdisciplinary team to help patients in need successfully maintain or improve their level of independence.

Required Qualifications: 

Degree in Physical Therapy Washington Physical Therapist License upon hire National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire National Provider Identifier (NPI) number within 30 days of hire 1 year Home Health This position requires that you obtain an NPI number within 30 days of starting in the position. Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of Physical Therapy with adults with physical disabilities 1 year of experience with the geriatric population
