Physical Therapist - Providence Little Company Of Mary Home Health

Schedule: Full Time/Days/ flex day rotation every 6 weeks
Location Coverage: Region supports South Los Angeles 
Pay Structure: PPV (Pay Per Visit)

Job Description: 
Provides home health physical therapy within the Physical Therapy Professional Scope of Practice, to restore function and prevent disability following disease or injury; assist the patient in reaching maximum ability within the limits of his/her capabilities and the disease process.

Required Qualifications: 

Degree in Physical Therapy from an approved program according to Medicare guidelines. California Physical Therapist License upon hire.  National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.  2 years - Experience in acute care, rehabilitation, or home care.

Preferred Qualifications: 

Home care experience.
