Job Summary

Physical Therapist - Inpatient Physical Therapy Position

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Physical Therapist to provide exceptional care to patients across a wide range of medical and surgical specialties, catering to pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations.
Our Inpatient Physical Therapists rotate through various specialty areas, including Cardiopulmonary, Neurology, Medicine, Surgery, Orthopedics, Pediatrics, Transplant, and Oncology.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to patients with diverse needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Participate in ongoing clinical practice and professional development as guided by our Clinical Specialists and Clinical Directors.
- Engage in regular Physical Therapy case conferences.
- Contribute to community outreach activities and student Physical Therapy programs.


 

Qualifications

Ideal candidates should have:

- A valid Massachusetts Physical Therapy license is required.

- Strong clinical evaluation skills and proficiency in communication and problem-solving.

- Experience in inpatient acute care, particularly with complex patient presentations.

- Knowledge or experience in vestibular care and/or ICU/critical care settings is highly desirable.

- Interest or experience in clinical education as a clinical instructor.

- A commitment to ongoing clinical and professional development.
