Position Summary:
Provides direct patient care to adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations, with pediatric care required for some specialty positions. This position uses a variety of physical therapy techniques to restore individuals to maximum functional ability, independence, participation, and freedom from pain. Performs related duties as assigned.
This position is part of the TRIA Neck and Back Strengthening Program, which focuses on providing care for adolescent to geriatric patients with spinal pain.

Our primary goal is to contribute to minimizing healthcare costs while maximizing patient outcomes. Unlike many other facilities that treat chronic spinal pain, the TRIA Neck and Back Strengthening Program offers a unique approach. We collaborate with patients to develop personalized physical therapy programs tailored to their individual needs, with a specific focus on enhancing spinal fitness and overall function.
We are currently looking for a full-time physical therapist to join our dedicated team of spine care specialists in Maple Grove. While orthopedic experience is preferred, we also provide a comprehensive four-week in-house training program for candidates without prior experience. This training ensures that you will acquire the necessary skills to provide exceptional care and improve the lives of our patients with chronic neck and back pain.

Work Schedule:
1.00 FTE, 4 10 hour shifts Monday-Friday (day off TBD)
4-8 days of weekend work
Required Qualifications:
Education, Experience or Equivalent Combination: Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Program. Licensure/ Registration/ Certification: Licensed/registered/certified with applicable governing Minnesota Board of Physical Therapy and Minnesota Department of Health. CPR Certification (Basic Life Support)Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient with communication and data processing equipment. Proficient in clinical equipment related to area of expertise. Proficient in all staff level current organization software.Benefits:
