Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Oncology/Lymphedema

Location: 2912 North West Street  Flagstaff, AZ 86004

Incentives: Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)

Compensation:  Salaried, starting at $80,000 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit

This position will support the expanding ReVital Cancer Rehabilitation team in Flagstaff, AZ, by providing additional acute and chronic lymphedema treatment availability. The ideal candidate will be willing to cooperate with other therapist team members to coordinate care for increased access to care overall. Licensed clinical experience and lymphedema interest required, experience/certification strongly preferred. We’re willing to support training for potential strong additions to our team that are not yet lymphedema certified.

ReVital is an innovative oncology rehabilitation program offered exclusively by Select Medical.
