Position: Physical Therapist - Outpatient

Location: 2912 North West Street  Flagstaff, Arizona 86004

Incentives: $5,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday - Friday)

Compensation:  Salaried, Starting at $76,000.00 and up, commensurate with experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Debt Benefit
