If you are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of your patients and thrive in a fast-paced setting, we invite you to apply!  **What You Will Do:**   As a vital member of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Services team, you will:  + **Assess and Plan:** Conduct thorough evaluations to create individualized physical therapy treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs.  + **Implement Treatments:** Utilize specialized techniques, including Graston Tool Assisted Manual Therapy, to enhance recovery and address sports injuries, joint and spine issues, and other conditions.  + **Supervise:** Oversee the work of support personnel, providing guidance and mentorship to enhance the quality of care delivered.  **Services We Offer:**   + Orthopedic Rehabilitation  + Pool Therapy  + Arthritis Management  + Sports Medicine  + Orthopedic Spine Care  + Total Joint Care  + Fascial Distortion Model (FDM)  + Post-Surgical Rehabilitation  **Minimum Qualifications:**   + Current Physical Therapy licensure in the State of Idaho.  + Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers certification from AHA, ARC, or the Military Training Network (required at hire).  + Previous experience in an outpatient setting preferred.  **Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion** Trinity Health is one of the largest not-for-profit, Catholic healthcare systems in the nation.
