Physical Therapist- Eligible for Sign on Bonus

Will see both pediatrics and adults

Qualifications:

Must be a graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy.

Degree Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required if graduated before 1/1/2016. Doctorate of Physical Therapy required if graduated after 1/1/2016. International candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (Doctorate preferred).

Licensing:

Must hold or be eligible for a Physical Therapist license in the state where services will be provided. State licensure must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment.

Certifications:

Must be certified in CPR or obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment. Must maintain all certifications and licenses as required.

Preferred:

Membership in the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) is preferred.

Driving Requirements:

If assigned to drive a company vehicle, a valid driver’s license is required. If using a personal vehicle, proof of insurance and a valid driver’s license are required.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift 50 pounds, assist with lifting up to 100 pounds, and push up to 300 pounds.

Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Must be willing to work at other locations as assigned.
