Providence Mount St. Vincent is looking for a per diem/on call Physical Therapist to organize and conduct medically prescribed therapy programs using theory and skills from the respective discipline of Physical Therapy, to rehabilitate residents, patients and clients toward their improved functional capacity.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License  Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association  1 year Experience in a rehab or acute setting.  Will consider a new graduate with strong internship background.
