Physical Therapist PRN

Requirements:

Required: Bachelor/Master/or Doctorate degree from an accredited program in physical therapy. Preferred: One (1) year Acute Care experience Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment; Engaging and effective communication and service skills; Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed. Required: Current Arizona Physical Therapist license; American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)BLS certification Skilled Nursing Unit: Fingerprint Clearance Card

About the Job:

This is a Per Diem (as needed) position working day shift on the weekends at Houghton hospital in the Inpatient, acute care department.  Plans and implements specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy. Collaborates with interdisciplinary treatment team.
