PRN Dayshift: 8am-4:30pm

Requirements: 

Graduation from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (CAPTE)Physical Therapist License issued by the State of AlabamaCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification 

About the Job:

Provide comprehensive evaluations and testing, physical therapy treatments and education to patients with  observed abnormalities in accordance with State Regulations and departmental policies.Plans, develops and implements a result-oriented treatment plan responsive to the individualized needs of the patient and includes clear, measurable goals. Modifies the treatment plan according to the patient's responses.Communicates regularly with members of the patient care team, the patient, family members and others involved with the patient's care.Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
