Physical Therapist - PSMC Acute PT *Per Diem*

Develops, coordinates and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners and patient/family.  Provides services to inpatients, outpatients and HHC clients and long term care residents.  Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with hospital standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association in conjunction with regulatory requirements of both federal and state agencies.

Hours: Per Diem, 0.01 FTE, Day Shift, Hours Per Week are as needed

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Or Ph.D. in  Physical Therapy. Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
