Salary range: $75,920-$103,084.80

 

Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience

 

BSW Arlington Parks is currently seeking a flexible, motivated, and hard-working Physical Therapist to join the team. The ideal candidate will have solid manual therapy skills and experience with general orthopedics, vestibular, and worker’s compensation clients. Flexibility will be required as coverage may be required at a nearby clinic. Hours are variable Monday-Friday, with early and late shifts required.

As a Therapist at one of our Outpatient Rehabilitation Facilities, you will work with a team of clinicians. Together we will help our patients achieve outlined goals and milestones on their individual patient care plan. 

Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.
