Healthy Living, Salem is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to act as the patient’s partner throughout the trip of restoring motion and ensuring that the client will function at their personal best. Pay starts at $104,000/year and is negotiable! This role will be paid per visit. The area of coverage is Albany, Lebanon, and Corvallis. Candidates must be willing to travel and assist Salem or other areas as needed.

ResponsibilitiesProvides physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician's plan of care. Treats patient to relieve pain, develop or restore function, and maintain maximum performance.Directs and aids patients in active and passive therapeutic exercises, muscle reeducation, gait and functional training, transfer activities and prosthetic training.Maintains necessary records; clinical notes and conference notes which will be incorporated into the patient’s clinical record in prescribed time frames.
