Requirements:
Licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state.Doctorate or Master’s degree (MS) in Physical Therapy.Minimum of one (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist.Current CPR certification.A licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.
