Mission Home Health, Vancouver, WA, is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to partner with patients on their journey to restoring mobility and achieving their best functional abilities. The gift of movement is empowering, and we are dedicated to making a meaningful impact on our patients' lives.
Pay starts at a PPV of $110,000 per year, DOEMileage reimbursementFlexible schedulingSupportive team and benefits
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services according to a physician’s plan of care.- Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maximize performance.- Maintain accurate clinical records, including notes and reports, in a timely manner.- Participate in team meetings.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.- At least one (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist.- Current CPR certification.- Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle.
