Mission Home Health, Vancouver, WA, is looking for an experienced Physical Therapist to partner with patients on their journey to restoring mobility and achieving their best functional abilities. Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services according to a physician’s plan of care.- Treat patients to relieve pain, restore function, and maximize performance.- Maintain accurate clinical records, including notes and reports, in a timely manner.- Participate in team meetings.
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.- At least one (1) year of experience as a Physical Therapist.- Current CPR certification.- Valid driver’s license and insured, reliable vehicle.
