We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist (PT) on a per diem basis to join our team in West Los Angeles. This position offers a flexible schedule, ideal for professionals seeking to manage their own work-life balance while delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and implement customized treatment plans for patients experiencing physical challenges. Conduct therapeutic exercises and provide manual therapy to enhance patient mobility. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on continuing care post-treatment. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress.

Qualifications:

Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of California. At least one (1) year of experience as a PT, Home Health experience preferred Current CPR certification required  Current California driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation
