**Job Description** **Job Description:** Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. **Education Qualifications:** No educational requirement **Licensure/Certification Qualifications:** We are seeking a hard-working, team-oriented PT who will work with our Essentia Health-Ada rehabilitation team. + This is a1.0 FTE, full-time position. + The position is eligible for full-time benefits. + The PT will work 1 holiday a year and 1 weekend per quarter. + This is primarily an outpatient position, with some inpatient work as needed + Patients are a wide variety diagnoses, including chronic and acute orthopedics, neurologic, gait/balance and post-surgical. + The Ada Therapy team consists of 2 PTs, 1 PTA, 2 OTs, and referring providers from both family practice and other specialties. + Advancement opportunities available through a career ladder.
