Job Description:Evaluates, plans, treats and implements care for patients in accordance with professional standards of the American Association of Physical Therapy using Clinical Practice Guidelines, and policies and procedures of Essentia Health.

Work weekdays; there is no call or weekend shiftsHolidays will be on rotation PRNWork within a variety of settings, including inpatient, outpatient, home health and nursing homeTreat patients of all age ranges with a variety of diagnosesJoin a trusted rehab team that includes PTs, PTAs, an OT, a COTA and an SLPThe ideal candidate is a self motivated individual that enjoys collaboration with an interdisciplinary team to serve patients across the full spectrum of rural health care
