Job Overview:

Qualifications:

Required:

NJ license

Preferred:

Three years of acute care/hospital-based experience

Scheduling Requirements:

Day ShiftFull-Time40 hours per week

Essential Functions:

Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devicesAssesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilitiesCollaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needsDevelops a treatment plan based on patients functional abilitiesEvaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patientsMakes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as requiredWorks with the referring physician for individual needsPerforms other duties as assigned
